Is anyone reporting PQRS Measure #145? I'm a little confused on the reporting. If they don't report the radiation exposure time they can use the category II code with the modifier 8P. My question is does the report have to state "radiation exposure" or more simply can it state just "fluoroscopy". Any guidance would be appreciated.
