I work for a billing service. We have a new client that has asked for recommendations on PQRS measures. This client specializes in endoscopic sinus procedures. Two of the measures they used last year were retired for 2013. I have reviewed every measure but only see one they can use (130). A few others are questionable. Does anyone else have this issue and can recommend measures?

Also, what percentage needs to be reported on each measure to qualify for the incentive and avoid the 2015 penalty?
