I need help understanding PQRS. Specifically, I have a couple of providers who have received a letter stating that they will be receiving penalties for not meeting requirements of PQRS. Can anyone tell me how to avoid these penalties, what specific G codes we need to use, or anything else that would help me to understand PQRS? I own a billing company and I do billing for chiropractors and optometrists.
