National Benchmarks?

We are looking at possibly centralizing our speciality coders. Does any one have access to National Beachmarks to help determine how many full time coders would be appropriate to hire for 16 speciality practices? We would look to base this on both claim processing/volume and complexity of the coding. Or if anyone has ideas on best practices.
