Practice using H2000 and see pt again week later...can this be paid and how?

Hello! I have a Medicaid provider who is using their H2000 comprehensive initial code when they first see the patient, and then wanting to see the patient back in a week, but Medicaid is not paying. Is there a way to get this paid?
