I wrote a note on a case, and now I realize after the fact that I was able to find the answer to my question. While the question was polite, I also now realize that I was lacking a bit of common sense. Is there any way to reverse the note I wrote, or edit it, or anything? I feel bad now that I've asked it and I should have known beforehand where to find this answer. Thanks for your time.

Edit - If there's no way for me to reverse this, when I eventually get a response, is there a way for me to tell the person answering that I want to apologize for not looking for my answer better?
