Hello everyone! I need some help with Practicode. I started used it this week. So far, I have come across 3 different cases for a cholecystectomy with intraoperative cholangiography included. In all cases, the surgeon performed the imaging themselves, not a radiologist. Guidelines taught me that we are not supposed to bill a separate code for 74300 unless a radiologist does the imaging. Does CPT code 47563 not include a bundled supervision & interpretation of the cholangiogram? I have been marked wrong 3 times for not including code 74300-26 and I need clarification on this. Cases like these have effected my coding accuracy. Please help. Thank you.
