Wiki Practicode question 153

I’m doing Practicode module one and don’t know how to answer question 153. There is so much information, I don’t know what to code.

I haven't seen a Practicode question yet, but I'd start with a diagnosis. Then the setting. Then clues to insurance coverage. I have no idea if this will help but hope it does.
