I just failed my first attempt at practicode . How do I reset it and retake it ?
 
You should be able to send an email to the Practicode email address that was given to you when you first bought it and ask them to reset it.

You can e-mail practicode.support@aapc.com and request your Practicode to be reset. Or, you can click on the Help menu at the top, and then click on Contact Help Desk. Fill out the request form and submit. It does not happen overnight. I believe it took around a month for mine to be reset. I believe you can also use the Chat feature (Question Mark bottom right hand corner of website) and it will eventually provide you the info on how to request a reset.
