Hi All,

If pre-meds are given via IV injection can the push non chemo admin code be billed. there is no specific stop and start time as the administration was an injection. Is there a minimum dosage amount that warrants the use of a push code or just the admin technique and time (any thing under 15 min)??

Please help!
