How would you correctly code for a patient who presents to the office for an exam prior to admission to a nursing home?

Would these exams be considered along the same lines as a DOT or pre-employment exam and be reported as the unlisted E/M code 99499 or the unlisted preventative code of 99429?

Any insight appreciated. Thanks.
