What would the coding be for this scenarios - Physical Therapist does preop class for total joint surgery, spending 60-90 minutes in class (face to face) with 1-4 patients (and their post-op care giver) @ two weeks prior to surgery.

I was landing on PCM codes...99426 & 99427. 98961 didn't seem to fit. Can anyone help me clarify this?
