When a patient is scheduled for a pre-op office visit for a hysteroscopy, CPT 58558 ( 0 global days) is this a billable office visit or still considered part of the global. Hysteroscopy is scheduled several days to a week out from office visit.
 
This code would only be used after the hysteroscopy was completed. I would bill a office visit with the dx for why they are going to do the hysteroscopy.
