Is there a valid CPT code for the Preferential Looking Test besides the unlisted CPT 92499?
 
When you're referring to "Preferential Looking Test" are you referring about determining whether a patient is right eye or left eye dominant? If so, that takes about 5 seconds to do and isn't even worthy of a CPT code IMHO. If it's to test for something else, please explain what it is. If not, then you need to let your provider know that they need to not try to unbundle an exam code.
