If the patient comes in with a low HcG and we repeat the test what diagnosis would we use? The first one was positive but low.

Was the patient seen for additional antepartum care, or only for the confirmation that the pregnancy was still viable?

If the purpose of the visit is to confirm that the pregnancy was viable and not other service was performed then I would code Z32.01 again with clear documentation as to why the test was being re-performed.
