Pregnancy with Clubfeet

I have a pediatric ortho doc that is seeing pregnant patients who's unboen child has clubfeet. WOuld I capture this thru a regular E/M or thru counseling & coordination of care and bill based on time?

Depends on the documentation

It depends on the documentation. The patient is the MOTHER (child doesn't exist yet in terms of billing). Most of the prenatal consults we perform are billed based on counselling/coordination of care ... but they have to be CORRECTLY DOCUMENTED as such!
