Hi ,

If a pregnant patient comes for Antenatal check up (V22.1) and has lower abdominal pain, how would I code it?

You will not use the V22.1 code you will find a code in Chapter 11. But it will depend on what the providder documented as to which code you select. Most likely a 648.- code.
