I work in a co-occurring chemical dependency facility and we recently took our billing in house so we are still working out some kinks. We were getting paid on average of $1100 per DOS from Premera then comes March and suddenly we are only getting $255 per DOS (as out of network). I spoke to the pricing department and they stated that rates dropped from 80% to a flat $255 on 3/18/2016. This is such a huge price drop that my administrator thinks that we may be doing something wrong on our end. I recently discovered that we have been billing revenue code 0912 (3-5 hours php) instead of 0913 (5-8 hours) with H2036. While I need to update our revenue code anyway can anyone tell me if Intensive PHP pays more with Premera?
