Wiki Prenatal visit Dx, elderly

I get a bit confused on prenatal visit diagnosis for patients over 35 years old.


Example: 42 yr old, here for prenatal visit, has had normal pregnancies before, she is currently in third trimester.

Should i be using dx

O09.513 Supervision of elderly primigravida, third trimester

or

Z34.83 Encounter for supervision of other normal pregnancy, third trimester

I d use dx 009.513 first and Z34.83 dx as last dx unless there is another problem with pregnancy.
