Billing for Ambulatory Surgical Center in UB-04. Patient was admitted and had preoperative. However the procedure was cancelled because of a scheduling conflict with the anesthesiologist. So can I bill for pre-operative service. should I code E/M visit or procedure code with modifier 73. Please advice.
