Yes, as Lisa mentioned in another post, anything not specified as not affecting the pregnancy/delivery should be coded. The O codes can be tricky some have "in childbirth"options, which is what you would choose on the delivery if available, and some don't. Many require additional codes. For example using asthma , you would code O99.52 + J45.909
