Was asked by NYSIF to add z01810 to a cardiac catheter encounter. Do you add this code. Surgery was CTS and needed cardiac clearance before the surgery. Clearance was granted, surgery done but they want z01810 on the cath encounter so the CTS procedure will be approved. Don't want the catheter chart to be denied. Seems like a odd request.
