Is it correct to bill the preprocedure urine test as 81025; z32.02?

Female patients scheduled for colposcopy, iud insertion are often asked to provide a urine sample to eliminate pregnancy before the
start of the procedure. the outcome of the urine sample is documented in the vitals as hcg- or urine pregnancy test negative.


Is it correct to code this separately?
