Does anyone know if a provider treating a patient for HTN/DM and states stable to " continue meds " does that count as Prescription Drug management = decision to maintain a current medication/dosage ?

As I understand it, PDM can involve a "positive decision" to start or change medication, as well as a "negative decision" to not change anything and continue current meds.

Provider just needs to completely document their decision not to change anything. I would probably document like this: "HTN controlled at goal and DM is stable and well controlled on current medications. Continue current medications and recheck in x months.
