We are getting admin fees for immunizations denied, with a preventative visit. This is new to me, looking back this did not happen last year. I am new to coding and am not sure what to do. Thank You for any help.
 
Starting January of this year, all preventive med code need a -25 modifier if immunizations were given. The edits are bundling the immunization administration codes in with the well visit.
