When a patient also sees another doctor for there yearly preventative but that doctor does not do pap and pelvic and the patient then comes to there OB doctor for pap and pelvic what code do you bill? Because a patient can not have 2 preventative codes in one year.

Any help would be appreciated.

I agree . . .

I agree with kvangoor. I would code to the appropriate E/M level (you may have to use time as an element so be sure that your provider notes the time spent). And the G0101 is appropriate for Medicare for the breast and pelvic exam. I think Medicaid accepts this HCPCS code, as well.
