Can anyone suggest where to locate handout material for OB/GYN preventative services? In addition, billing a problem visit on the same date of service?

I created a handout for the physicians that included the preventive codes and which insurances use which codes. If the physicians bill an E/M with a preventive, make sure that the documentation is separate: the preventive portion then the medical portion with each clearly documented. Medicare's website has excellent information and guidelines.
