ASA prevention preeclampsia in pregnancy can we consider as moderate or low mdm

E&M leveling for MDM is based on 3 elements. Complexity/number of problems, data, and risk of patient management. The limited information supplied is not enough to definitively level one component, let alone all 3.
Problem: Pre-eclampsia in pregnancy could be low, moderate or high depending on the severity, and any other conditions the patient may have
Data: None indicated here
Risk: ASA prevention is most likely low if patient has no other concerns/treatments

Note: ASA prevention is typically recommended for patients at high risk for pre-eclampsia. The underlying condition putting them at high risk could vary from patient to patient. Each visit must be leveled based on problem, data, and risk of the documentation of those at the time of the visit.
A 44 year old G8P5 with history of kidney transplant and HTN could be a very different MDM level than a 24 y/o G2P1 who is overweight.
All this is assuming that the visit is not part of a global maternity package.
