Hi I am trying to figure out what you would have as your fee schedule for the 99381-87 and 99391-97. To explain it more is I saw how much we get if we aren't getting it from Medicare so I am trying to figure out what the cost would be when the office I work for puts it on the CMS-1500. Is it usually priced the same as 99211-99215 codes or no? I did see a post stating a quota from outside of Medicare for facilities and non-facilities. If anyone can help me out on this that would be great. If you need more please contact me at work. Thank you
