Hi there -

There are times when our providers happen to bill a preventive physical exam sooner than the allowed time frame. How do you give a provider credit for a visit if we cannot code/bill for preventive physical CPT and especially if there are no problems during visit, there is no separate identifiable service/dx to support and E/M?
