I am at a loss as to how to code this. Do I use the same code as the original AAA repair? I'm just trying to get an auth at this point.
 
I am not sure what your asking but I will take a stab at it :)

If the patients has already had a endograft placed and there is a leak etc. You may want to look at 34825.
