I am hoping to price CPT Code, 89240 Unlisted path test, that was instructed to be used by the PA MAC (Novitas) when billing for miRview mets 2 lab procedure. Can anyone share with me the amount you were reimbursed when billing for miRview mets 2? Thank you.
