Hello, primary care physician is seeing patients with problems, i.e. wounds, headaches, and then sending them for annual labs during the visit using Z00.8, which is being flagged by the clearing house. How would one bill for labs, i.e. CMP, with a 99213 coming in for something unrelated to the labs? This is for BCBS commercial. Thanks.
