Wiki Primary surgeon modifier?

Having a brain lapse. Surgeon does total abdominal hysterectomy and cystourethroscopy due to very large fibroid uterus. Pt also has hernia repair by assistant surgeon. I know the assist uses 80 modifier but do I need to put a modifier on the primary surgeon's procedures and, if so, which modifier? THANKS.
