If one has recieved a bill (from their insurance co) for a primary V code dx of contraceptive conseling with the secondary dx being depression, what are the chances of an insurance company covering this if the primary dx changes?
I have heard a lot of insurances do not want to bother even looking at anything with a primary code of depression.
Please advise.
