Does anyone know of a cheap or free software that will allow us to fill in and print a UB for mailing purposes? Not a patient accounting system or filing them electroniclly just a way to fill in a UB and print it on the UB form (which I already have)

I have an Adobe version that I use. I can't share it through here as the file is too large. If you'd like it send me your email and I will send it to you.
 
a few years back I used software to bill outpatient Physical and Occupational therapy claims called PC ACE Pro 32. Not sure if it is still in existence but I would think it is and from what I remember, it was free. Teresa
