Wiki Prior-Authorization help for peripherals

We are a newer OBL and beginning to do peripherals. The question has come up as to how we prior-auth these? The Dr will normally be going in with a diagnostic approach but could turn very easily into an interventional procedure. The problem: Do we prior auth ALL possible codes just in case or do we just prior auth the diagnostic codes? How do we prior auth a "possible"? Thank you!!

We prior auth the diagnostic code and the primary code for intervention for the territory they will be initially entering. Haven't had any issues getting paid.

Peripherals meaning slab lab or? I guess I’m confused by obl.
