Can someone shed some light on private office surgical supply billing? Certain HCPCS are solely for hospital billing, some for out patient only, and the rest are a fine line. We bill with a POS 11 and perform on site IR procedures at our private office- billing globally. Any ideas?? Any help is appreciated.
