What would be the appropriate coding for an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) who is a non-RN, Private practice/out-of network? Performing 60 min consultations that include evaluation of mom, and baby. Troubleshooting feeding issues that stem from either mom, infant or both.
