Wiki Privia- Is Anyone's Practice with Them?

My practice has joined Privia and I'm really concerned as to what this can mean for my job as the biller. I do the billing from charge entry all the way to collections. With Privia, I believe they will be taking my A/R and payment posting which is what I love about my job. I like to see the fruits of our labor. Is anyone with them and how has it impacted your job?
