Wiki PRL removal prior to cataract surgery

We have a patient that previously had a Phakic Refractive Lens (PRL) implanted and now is in need of cataract surgery. I am questioning whether the removal of the PRL is a seperately billable procedre. Would procedure code 65920 (removal of implanted material, anterior segment of eye) describe the removal of the PRL or would you describe this as a complex cataract extraction?
