A female patient presents with difficulty getting pregnant. The diagnosis was listed as obesity, with no other codes. Insurance won't pay for an encounter where the only diagnosis is obesity. Is there another code that can be included to explain better the reason for the visit?

Without the documentation I am hesitant to advise for apropriate coding. However perhaps a code for counseling for procreative management.
