I am in need of assistance. AAPC owes me $299 from a Practicode course I paid for but could not access. The refund was processed 10/13/2015, but I never received it. I have spoken to numerous representatives and numerous supervisors concerning a reissue of the check but no one seems to be able to do anything. Does anyone know what my next course of action should be?
