Please help with this coding. patient had craniotomy for tumor resection. Two weeks later the surgical incision is leaking purulent fluid. The wound was reopened. The
bone flap was removed. The epidural space demonstrated purulent tissue. It was cleaned and an epidural drain was placed.
I need both procedure codes and ICD10 codes for the second procedures.
