Procedure code 20553 is for trigger point injections into 3 or more muscles

If a physician injects 3 muscles in the left arm and 3 muscles in the right arm on the same day how would you code this for billing?

would it be 20553 along with the J code
or
20553 RT
20553 LT
along with the J code
since two distinctly different parts of the body are being injected
