Hi, my Dr all he put for his note wasa Ultrasound guided lft subclavian 3 lumen cvp placed w/o any problems, good blood returned from all 3 ports. doesn't he have to say more thank that for me to give him 36556? he is a pulmonolgist..thanks for any and all help..alice

thank you, but how can I use the tunnelled if he doesn't say it? is it because of the him using the ultrasound? I'm sorry I really am not as dumb as I might sound..also, do you know what the seldinger technique is?..thanks any and all help is appreciated..alice
