I bill for Children's CT Surgery, because of the severity of the child's condition some of the procedure are done in ICU (ex PDA, ECMO, Sternal Closure). Can i bill for this?

Sorry this is so late, but I was just looking back at some of the old threads.
Yes, I would bill procedures in the unit as long as the procedure and severity of the patients condition are well documented.
 
Pediatric CV Surgery

Yes, we definitely bill for these procedures done at bedside in the PICU and NICU. In effect, they create a mini-operative suite when the child is too critically ill to be moved.
