I am in desperate need of CPT advice as I am trying to code an surgery for one of my doctors.

Doctor performed an excision of a tibial tubercle. I, along with the PA, can find no code that relates to this.

We thought of using 27328, as really this is what they did in the surgery, but it pertains to tumors. Or, I thought of 27331. The only kicker is that the joint was not explored.

Help!:eek:
