Good morning,

I have a provider asking if they do a lesion removal that is they send for pathology and they have to decide what to do next when it comes back, would this count to do an E/M in addition to the procedure?

I am thinking this is included in the reimbursement for the procedure and would not qualify for an additional E/M.
