patient delivered 7/31/21 with 2nd degree laceration repair, at the post partum visit on 10/1 it was noted this did not heal correctly

on 10/28 a repair was done..op note says area of defect noted on exam, metzenbaum scissors were used to remove area of defect from right labum minus, hemostasis with silver nitrite and bovie electrocautery

have not come across this before, not sure how to code ..any help much appreciated
